The braiding process creates a consistent wall thickness ensuring complete coverage and optimum performance. Due to its unique construction, the sleeve fits easily over hoses and cables, yet provides a  secure and snag-resistant cover. Our sleeve is extremely flexible, allowing for expansion and easy conformance to shapes and contours.

     Our Flexible copper braided sleeve is available in 2 mm – 50mm I.D. (inside diameter), custom designs, and as braided sleeve over formers or solid core with minimum of 85% coverage.                

         We use Nylon  mono filament for our Nylon (Rilsane) Braided products. This material is widely used in the harness and protection industry, being flexible and easy to use, giving good protection to a cable bundle.

 

Availability
        In a wide range of sizes, the standard colours being black and grey, although others can be produced on  request. This material is also available in polyester as well as high expansion ratios versions.

 

Properties of mono filament
  1. Operating Temperature: –50˚C to +120˚C
  2. Diameter:-0.25mm

     (0.23mm to 0.26mm in polyester)

Here "9" stands for nylon constructions. If polyester is desired, replace the "9" with "8".
